About
Not a certification. Not a franchise. 18 years of figuring it out on my own body first, because I needed to before I could ask anyone to trust me with theirs.
I didn't start out lean. I started out overweight and uncomfortable in my own body — and every plan I tried felt like it was built for someone else.
That's the part most coaches leave out of their story. Before any of the progress photos, there was a version of me that didn't like what he saw in the mirror and had no idea where to start. I tried the generic programs, the copy-paste meal plans, the advice that worked for whoever wrote it and nobody else.
None of it stuck, because none of it was actually built for me. So I started paying attention to what my own body responded to — training splits, food, recovery, all of it — and kept adjusting until I had a system that actually worked. 18 years later, that system is what I coach with.
I'm self-taught. Everything I know came from doing the work on myself first, then proving it out with clients, not from a certificate on a wall. What I bring you isn't theory — it's 18 years of results, mine and now theirs.
Where I Disagree
Most of the industry sells the same plan to every client and calls it coaching. I don't.
Same split, same meal list, same check-in schedule — regardless of your schedule, your history, or what you actually enjoy eating and training.
Your split, your food preferences, your schedule — the plan is assembled around you, and it changes when your life does. That's the only version that actually holds up past week three.
Where the Knowledge Comes From
I didn't learn coaching from a textbook. I learned it by testing everything on myself for 18 years, then refining it with every client since.
I've been in the gym since I was 14. That's 18 years of lifting, testing, and refining — building the exact coaching method I use with clients today.
No franchise script, no cookie-cutter certification program. Thousands of hours spent studying training, technique, form, and diet — then testing every bit of it on my own body before it ever reached a client's plan.
What started as personal experimentation now runs through a small, deliberately limited roster of client transformations — including results in as little as eight months.
Powerlifting and calisthenics both get the same depth of knowledge as physique coaching — squat/bench/deadlift programming and weighted pull-up, chin-up, and dip progressions alike. See the Specialized Training track.
